How to Qualify for a Full Refund or Free Replacement


To process a claim, we require clear proof of the issue. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Document the damage immediately upon arrival.

If possible, capture the delivery moment using a doorbell camera or any security camera system you may have.

If you were present during delivery, take photos or record a video as soon as you open the package.

2. Provide clear evidence.

Send us a detailed explanation of what happened.

Attach photos and videos showing the issue from different angles.

If the package was damaged externally, take pictures before opening it.

3. Contact Us Within 7 Days.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Email your claim to info@officialsuperfye.com with the subject line: “Shipping Insurance Claim – [Your Order Number]”.

Important Notes:

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will investigate and either resend the product or issue a refund once confirmed with the shipping carrier.

Non-Covered Cases: Minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect product function (small scratches, packaging dents, etc.) may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Processing Time: Claims are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days, and refunds/replacements are processed promptly after approval.
